Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.

Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods advertised on the Website.

Payment

Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of your goods.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Delivery

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.

Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of your order.

If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under our control we will inform you as soon as possible.

If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods (otherwise than by reason of circumstances under control of Manu Brasil GmbH) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us , we may:

(a) store the goods until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or (b) sell the goods at the best readily obtainable price and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to you for any excess over the price you agreed to pay for the goods or charge you for any shortfall below the price you agreed to pay for the goods.

Cancellation and returns

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being dispatched by emailing us at info@manufoods.ch

If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. Please note that we can only accept returns for items that are in their original condition (unopened and unused) and that we are unable to refund any shipping charges.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@manufoods.ch with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
